Shipping Policy

In the majority of cases, we dispatch orders within 48-72 hours (for items that are not customized) and anticipate delivery within 5-8 business days. Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Occasionally, there might be minor delays in delivery, especially around public holidays or due to unforeseen events. However, we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery to all our customers.

We have partnered with reputable courier services in India such as Shiprocket, Bluedart, Fedex, DTDC, Delhivery, etc. Please note that all our orders require prepayment; we do not offer Cash on Delivery. Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above Rs 1999, except for specific regions as mentioned below.

For certain states and union territories - Jammu and Kashmir, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Assam, Manipur, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Puducherry, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Ladakh, Lakshadweep, Tripura - there is a flat courier charge of Rs. 150, regardless of the order value.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking ID and the name of our courier partner. We also provide a valid tracking link where you can monitor your shipment's current location and expected delivery date. We accept major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and Rupay), UPI payments, and offer Net Banking options across various major banks.
