Return policy
Our return policy spans a period of 5 days from the date of purchase. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a return or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. To process your return, we require your order ID.
If any product in your order is missing or defective due to an error on our part, please notify us and provide accompanying pictures within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts, except in cases where the error is on our end. Additionally, personalized products, as well as items listed under the SALE tab, are not eligible for exchange or return.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the acceptance or rejection of your return as determined by our Quality Control team. If approved, we will issue a credit note equivalent to the purchase amount, which can be utilized for your subsequent purchase within 90 days. Alternatively, you may opt for a full refund, excluding shipping and COD charges, if applicable.
In situations where a customer is unavailable at the provided address during delivery or fails to respond to the courier company's calls, resulting in the package being Returned to Origin (RTO), the customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges for the second delivery attempt. Please note that shipping charges and delivery times may vary based on location.
Exchanges/Returns (if applicable):
We facilitate exchanges or returns solely for items that are defective or damaged. If you intend to exchange or return an item for any other reason, kindly contact us via email at vapasee@gmail.com and dispatch the item to our warehouse. Please be aware that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. These costs are non-refundable, and the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
